Kara, who served us once we sat down, was really forthcoming and enthusiastic, which is refreshing. The menu was nicely varied with plenty of options for all dietary requirements. We're not from Burley but would definitely return when the opportunity arises. Thanks!

Roxanne the landlady is a breath of fresh air and bring to the pub what’s been missing for a long time. Always happy to engage with all the customers and nothing is ever to much for her to do or help with. This has now become a regular for myself, friends and family.

We also ordered two kids’ meals and both were a hit (which isn’t always guaranteed), good portions and nicely done. Service was friendly and quick without feeling rushed, and the place had a really nice, relaxed pub atmosphere. It’s one of those spots that just gets the basics right and makes it easy to enjoy yourself. Would happily come back again.
